What are you doing today to get moving?
I'm taking time out from my cruise this afternoon to hit the walking track on board after a morning of blissful pampering in the day spa.
You don't have to run a marathon to get moving.
If your in an office get up and fill up your water bottle, go to the toilet, kitchen for a tea/coffee anything that will get your bum off that chair and moving.

Today's Gym Cruising Workout
So even though I'm on holidays cruising the Whitsundays my workout & healthy food choices are not having too much of a blow out.
Today I worked out amongst the talented and extremely fit Pacific Eden entertainers (as in dancers & singers). My workout consisted of :
5 minute jog on the treadmill
3 x sets of 20 box jump squats
3 x sets of 20 plyometric lunges
3 x sets of 20 star jumps
3 x sets of 10 burpees
3 x sets of weighted machine leg extensions
5 minutes light inclined hill walk & followed by some leg stretches.
My legs felt like jelly afterwards and what did I do take 5 flights of stairs from the gym to my cabin to add to the GOOD pain I was feeling.
