2 parts Cruzan Estate Diamond Light Rum
0.5 part DeKuyper Blue Curacao Liqueur
1 part Fresh Lime Juice
0.5 part Coconut Puree
0.5 part Caramelized Pineapple Puree
Directions: Add all ingredients to a blender with 1 cup ice. Blend until smooth. Garnish with pineapple slice.
