My daughter. Fiercely independent, wild, can throw a wicked tantrum, loves her daddy more than anything and is the messiest eater I have ever seen.

Thank you to this beautiful mum who let me photograph her newborn a few months ago. Looking through raw images of Motherhood reminds me of how much I love photography.
I'm a bit funny when it comes to mowing the lawn. I like it to look perfectly manicured and short (that's my dad's fault). But when I let it grow a little longer, the weeds pop up and there is beauty everywhere. The kids love picking these and blowing all the seeds off... I've also picked a few seeds out of their mouths too 😂

I bet this little lady was very excited to meet her new brother 2 weeks ago.

Every photo I take of my sister she dislikes.
Every photo I take of her, all I see is beauty.

There is nothing better for a child's imagination than to explore on their own. Children know their boundaries to an extent and love the independence of self-motivated learning.

I keep going on about how important it is to print your images but what is the point of hiring a professional photographer to capture special moments, only to get your photos printed at K-Mart?
Let your photographer help you design an album or beautiful wall art to display and look at forever. Displaying just one photo is much more valuable than an image on a USB.

I've never experience a place like Karumba before. A tiny little country town right on the water, surrounded by dry vast salt marshes and bushland. It's hot, isolated and there isn't much to do other than work or fish, but its beauty is mesmerising!

As soon as I saw this dress from @lilpea.ak I knew I had to buy it. It matches her cowboy boots perfectly!

Through the blur, I wondered if I was alone or if other parents felt the same way I did — that everything involving our children was painful in some way. The emotions, whether they were joy, sorrow, love or pride, were so deep and sharp that in the end they left you raw, exposed and yes, in pain. The human heart was not designed to beat outside the human body and yet, each child represented just that — a parent's heart bared, beating forever outside its chest. - Debra Ginsberg #bellelumieremagazine

I first met this beautiful lady when I worked in real estate years ago. She kindly let me photograph her growing bump when I was in Cairns last and her little man made his debut last week.
