Not taken any progress pictures in a while so thought I'd see how I was getting along. Can't say I wasn't impressed with the change! The left picture was taken about a month into going to the gym - I was pretty pleased with the improvement at this point already! 4 months later, the right picture has shown me that I've made even more progress than I thought!
