The other day, Mel came and visit, and when she saw my ceiling full of paper cranes, her eyes lit up with wonder and she said to me, "Auntie, I like the birds!" When I told her I would give her a bag of them to take home so her mommy can help her hang them in her room, she got so excited. She played and read princess books under those paper cranes, and she held on to that bag the entire time she was here.
Before she left, I asked if I could take a picture of her, and she said to me, "Yeah... with the birds." I'm kinda proud because I feel like I have converted her into becoming a future origami enthusiast. 😁
In all honesty though, she is so sweet, and every time I see her, I am just blown away by how fast she is growing. @_itzntxhaistl 🐤🐥🐣

You may have noticed that we have paper cranes hanging all throughout our house. They add an unexpected pop of color and whimsy that is absolutely delightful! Well, now you can enjoy them as well! Alexandra has been folding and stringing paper cranes by the dozens in hopes of raising money to put towards the purchase of a car. If you would like to buy one of her paper crane garlands simply visit my Etsy shop (link in profile). Thank you so very much!
