// 1/2 cup almond flour, 1-2 tbsp coconut flour, 2 tbsp honey, 2 eggs, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1 tbsp cinnamon, 1/8 tbsp nutmeg, couple dashes of cacao and topped wifff sautéed apple w allspice + coconut oil, banana, coconut yogurt, almond butter, hemp hearts + coconut flakes!
makes about 5 and I just freeze the rest! have da bessst weekend 💗

Based on my gallery, you can tell I’m an Equal Opportunity Foodie— I’m not very picky, for the most part. 😉 Somedays all I crave for are some fresh veggies. Today’s lunch is fresh snow peas tips sautéed with fresh garlic and oyster sauce. Simple, healthy, delicious and with the texture, it’s almost as if I’m eating noodles.

1C rolled oats
2 scoops protein powder/ collagen
1/3C coconut milk
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
handful of blueberries to fold in
directions: blend in a @vitamix , fold in berries and pour onto a hot pan with a little coconut oil 💯🙌🏼 top with coconut yoghurt, nut butter and fruit 🤤 have a WONDERFUL weekend lovelies 💕

Happy Sunday eve ! I used to dread Sunday’s but I’ve learned to love them just as much as Friday ❤️ today as I sit back and reflect I can’t help but think, LIFE is all ABOUT patterns. I want my children to understand that we can’t settle and live life based on patterns that were inherited to us and no longer serve us. We have to be well aware of our patterns, it’s all connected. I have to set the standards high in order for me to challenge my children. They are the future and I am building the foundation for the rest of their lives. The truth is we we tend to do things based on the patterns we were taught, inherited or created. So on this Sunday eve I want to tell you and remind myself to choose wisely. I went from breaking patterns I was inherited, created and no longer served me a purpose to losing fear and stepping outside my comfort zone. I want to create patterns that will be habits and I want to teach my son and daughter to never live in fear and trust what serves you, makes you feel content, confident, empowered and courageous. Becoming a coach helped guide me with the tools I needed to do this. I am part of a challenge group of ladies who help me see all the good things I didn’t see in myself. As I coach I don’t sell a magic shake, I don’t sale a fake meal plan to follow, lose weight and once you stop GAIN it all BACK. If that’s what your looking for then I don’t have those fake tools. What I do have to offer is guidance, empowerment and confidence to creating lifestyle habits that you can inherit to your children. I offer workout plans that will help you reach your physical goals. I offer meal plans that will teach you proper nutrition to live a healthy life, a fit life, a life that feeds your mind, body and soul. But more than anything you will gain confidence, be courageous, love yourself, feel empowered, confident and free yourself from negativity. This is a commitment to change the quality of life by creating it, one workout at a time.
