“It takes time...” and “Try again...” are two of the most important pieces of advice that I can give, but nobody wants to hear them. I’ve been a PERSONAL TRAINER for almost 20 years, and I’ve owned my consulting business Personal Training Biz for less than five years. I’ve still got so much work to do. TIME AND EFFORT. 💪❤️🙏😁

👉🏼Pet all the animals present
👉🏼Set alarms for Black Friday

Love y'all! Enjoy! 🦃🍽🍁🤝
I almost wrote a long caption justifying the reason I’m wearing a bikini and showing my butt, then I erased it.
Why do I feel the need to tell anyone why I’m wearing something, as if it’s something bad/shameful? ITS MAH BODY AND I LIKE IT.
So, here’s a better one:
I got a new bikini but it’s 30° in Michigan and I have no reason to wear it.
So what do I do? Wear it anyways.
