When I first started on this coaching thing, I was scared beyond belief. I was afraid people would judge me. I was afraid people would question me because I still had weight to lose. I was afraid I would fail. I was afraid I wouldn't know what I was doing.
I was in the middle of my mess. However, I decided to turn my mess into my message. I decided if I was going to start this, I was going to inspire people along the way. I decided to stop caring what other people thought and let myself be me.
That, my friends, was one of the best decisions I have made. Hearing other people say that because of me they worked out today or that I motivate them is worth every ounce of fear I ever had. Yes, I am still working on my mess and yes I have a ways to go, but I'm taking some amazing people with me while I go!
I am looking for 5 people who are ready to join me by turning their mess into their message. Do you want to inspire others and make extra income along the way? Let's chat! ✨
It's funny that there is a pretty wide selection of Australian wines here but never took the time to really explore it. Tasted this blind and man was this an eye opener. Pun somewhat intended. Powerful jammy fruits, spice, fine mellow tannins with a dam long finish. Drinking so good. Paired really well with Chinese daichow. 🙏🏼 @talkcork

Exploring more Italian wine thanks to @justonemoreglassofwine . This Barbara is made by Giorgio Rivetti, winemaker @la_spinetta , a well-known, 100% family-owned winery located in Piedmont, Italy.
The Rivetti’s pride themselves in making wine with passion, spending more time and energy working their vineyards and less time in the cellar. They work solely with indigenous grapes and intentionally keep yields low which they believe allows them to transmit the characteristics and identity of the terrain and achieve great quality, pure fruit flavors in their juice.
La Spinetta Ca di Pian is a beautiful expression of Barbera - Smooth, well balanced with a medium body. Berries and plums on the nose and a slightly tannic, nice finish. ❓⬇️❓
