Earlier today I was informed that my friend, @spiritual_writer_ lost a dear friend and writer to suicide, and it truly broke my heart. As a human being if there is anything I do in my lifetime may it be to make valuable connections with people. I know life keeps us busy, but we have a responsibility to our loved ones and friends to check in on them. We all need to vent and be comforted at times, because we all face different battles.
I'm so sad that this young soul left this earth too soon.
If you are feeling down or mentally drained IT'S OKAY! YOU ARE HUMAN AND THERE IS HELP. JUST REACH OUT! Whether it's to a friend or support group, know there is a way out the darkness you're in. And there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO BE ASHAMED ABOUT! After I had my twins I was so out of sync, and thankfully found love and support in my family and friends. If I can reach just one person than that is more than my heart can ask for. No matter what you're going through, Never forget.
YOU ARE LOVED
YOU ARE VALUED
