The WiFi in my Airbnb only works in one corner, and it’s slow as *insert some really slow thing here* even there. I’ve been trying to do all of my work at the WiFi capital of the world, Starbucks, and their WiFi is actually worse than where I’m staying. What is happening? I’m in London, trying to finish up Volume 3 of TFP, and I’m missing the crazy fast Mexican internet like there’s so tomorrow. The only thing this has taught me is how much I hate slow WiFi, and how much I love good WiFi. No lesson here. Nothing really to talk about, mostly just my disdain for things not working properly. Lol, enjoy the photo.

I could probably live in black and white. Any guesses where this was taken?
Going through some of the older setup shots I often get stuck with this one. The #Bose901 are a lot of fun and a looker for folks with a thing for #Walnut - driven by a @cambridgeaudio Azur and in my opinion one of the best vinyl players in its class from @projectaudiosystems . Tell us about one of your favorite setups of the last 10 years?

“Awaken, My Love!” by #ChildishGambino is a throwback #funk album that stands right up there with the classics in the genre. This one has been on heavy rotation the last few months around here. It lands at number 20 on my favorite albums list for 2016. The rest will be coming in a podcast soon. Better late than never. For now, time to funk out. 🙌👊🍻

Now spinning: Bladerunner soundtrack, Vangelis.
This is without a doubt, one of the best soundtracks I own. Dark, moody, and ambient, the Bladerunner soundtrack (from the 1982 film) is often considered to be a landmark album of electronic and synthesised music.
If you're a fan of Pink Floyd's and Brian Eno's ambient stuff, then this album should be right up your alley.
Recently re-released to coincide with the remake of the film, this album has certainly stood the test of time.

What a day! First of all, I reached 25k today. Thank you so much for your support. Then I finally got my Super-Multi-Coated Takumar 35/2. I searched so long to find a copy of this lens. This also means that the core of my M42 collection is now complete. I wanted a fast 3 lens kit with 35, 50 and 85mm focal length. Now all 3 are stacked up in this image. S-M-C 35/2, S-M-C 50/1.4 and S-M-C 85/1.8. I'm really looking forward to try the 35mm. Do you have experience with it?
