1 ½ oz Don Julio @donjuliotequila (infused with cilantro & beetroot)
¾ oz Cigar simple syrup
1 oz Fresh Lime
A kiss of soda
Infuse Don Julio with a good hand full of cilantro for 17Hours & 1 beetroot sliced per bottle for 7 Hours.
Then add all ingredients to a chilled shacked. Give it a Vigorous shack and double strain into the glass embraced by the tree trunk. Garnish with seasonal edible sage flowers
