Good morning 💁🏻♀️ started my day a little different today (usually just have a smoothie and get goin)... after my successful attempt at making oat milk last night (so easy!! And a lot cheaper than almond milk. Apparently almond farming is not very good for our planet 🌎 so looking for other milk alternatives is good. I’m thinking of doing a video of all the different milk alternatives soon) I thought I’d wake up and make a matcha latte since I haven’t had one in a while. I also had 2 slices of the delish choc loaf that I made last night.
The recipe for oat milk, matcha latte & choc loaf is on my blog. The link is in my bio ❤️❤️
I also wanted to remind you about the highlight reel on my page. I put a lot of the benefits of some superfoods/ adaptogens there. There’s also a few holistic health tips etc. so if you ever miss my story - anything that’s NB is save there 😘 HAVE A GLORIOUS THURSDAY 🌼
Braising oxtails for ragu to keep warm during this cold snap.
Low and slow cooking is the way to take oxtail from tightly wound to unctuous.

Its a phase of darkness , where we are so broken to not understand what's good or bad !!! The new highlight of removing depression came to be the *blue whale game* , this game contained a series of tasks to be completed and the last task of the game was death !! Not death which is normal , but the death of happiness , freedom and love , the players of this game have to commit suicide and if u do so , u win the game !!!! How can u win a game by sacrificing your own life ?? The reason why 90% of the players were youth was , the increasing communication gaps between families and constant hustle to be a successful person Bcz in this era success is with billion dollars in bank account !! Here in this environment , if a child fails one exam , it becomes a fault that's gonna stay for a lifetime !! We have started judging the children of this era on the basis of how good they score in exam and somewhere thinking for our child to be a topper in exam ,, all parents fail in exam of life !!
Now , having dinner together in a family of 2-4 people is a rare thing , not Bcz they hate each other but they hate the constant interference in their lives !!
Every child of this era is atleast this much educated to know what would lead to what !! Parents need to maintain both discipline and freedom in equal proportions otherwise one day there will be lesser cases of murders and more of suicide !!
I victim of depression can only come to be normal person if and only if given proper support needed and fuller happiness
Not let depression overtake our lives
Life isn't that small to be crushed by depression
Need here is , to eliminate this communication gap and then understand everyone as they are , and support them for who they want to be !!
REVIEW | 4 (Spoiler-Free) Reasons I Loved #BlackPanther
Unless you've been living under a rock, you'll know that the latest addition to the Marvel Universe has landed at theatres and I can tell you that Black Panther is a treat. But more than that, this film is an epic portrayal of excellence, African pride, storytelling, and what being a leader is all about.
Across the board, Black Panther is brilliant. 5 stars. A must-see film.
Swipe through the images and take a look at the 4 reasons I absolutely loved the Black Panther film (without spoilers). I hope this list inspires you to watch this movie IMMEDIATELY, because you'd be insane to miss it.
WOMEN OF WAKANDA 🙅🏿♀️- Brave, fierce, inspiring, and 100% bad ass, the women of Wakanda are simply AWESOME. Honestly, this movie could've been called #WakandaForever and these ladies could've been the main focus. They're smart, funny, and not afraid to kick ass or stand up for what they believe in. May little girls across the globe be inspired by women such as Danai Gurira, Lupita Nyong’o, and Letitia Wright more often.
HOT SOUNDTRACK 🎶 - As a musical human being, soundtracks are my favourite in general, but Black Panther had something special. Maybe it's Africa in my bones, but the music was just perfect. Each drum beat, each mix of dance and traditional, it all hit perfectly and made the film even more enjoyable.
THE STORY 🐱 - Compelling, insightful, and a pleasure to experience, I didn't find my mind drifting off even once. Black Panther does a great job of drawing you in and holding you in place until the credits spit you out on the other side. Definitely 2 hours and 15 minutes of my life well spent.
AFRICA 🌍 - It's no secret that I'm very white, y'all, but if there's one thing no one can doubt about me, it's that I love Africa. This movie highlighted so many amazing cultures and tribes, that I couldn't help but be proud to call this continent home. I can only imagine what this must do for black viewers from those very cultures. It was sheer perfection. 'Waris' on Twitter shared about this topic and it's amazing. How many posts is enough? How many pieces of content is suffice? How frequent should I post video? How many leads do I need? How much traffic do we want on our site? The answer is the same.
Why, because marketing doesn't have an endpoint. -
I get it. Your success as an entrepreneur or executive or employee is somewhat measured by incremental steps towards an overall goal. #thesociallyway
Have you ever seen a performance at the Opera? When I am in Paris, the show I want to see is always sold out or not playing. So next time I’ll hope to be inside the Opera and not outside 🤣 and it was sooo cold that day! #posing#operagarnier
Last night I got asked, “Why don’t you ever have a man?” And honestly there’s no simple answer to that other than, “I’m waiting on God’s best.” He isn’t perfect he’s just perfect for me. I made a pact with God after my last relationship and said “I don’t want to date until the one you have for me is revealed.” Needless to say I didn’t think that I’d be still #LivingSingle 5 years later. On this journey of waiting and working I have realized a few things. Read all about it on my blog today style.ravenroberts.com (Link in bio) •
