REALX!! Our lives are full of chores, activities, and work, and Taking some time to relax and do what you enjoy is part of self care. Self care is not just eating healthy and exercising, self care is also giving yourself some time to unwind. Our lives are filled of tons of things, work, activities, chores, etc... however having some time everyday to just let your mind relax is really important. One of my favorite things to do to relax is take a long hot shower, followed by a big cup of tea and some time to surf on the internet or read a good book. Our lives are full of stress and things to do, therefore some time to relax is essential!!
