Ti fanno male le ginocchia dopo l’allenamento?
Molto probabilmente è perché si commette un errore molto comune nell’esecuzione dei principali esercizi per le gambe(affondi, squat) e cioè il mancato allineamento di caviglia, ginocchio ed anca.
Questo causa uno stress fortissimo a carico delle strutture del ginocchio che potrebbe portare ad infortuni.
Per annullare lo squilibrio muscolare e cognitivo che porta a questi errori ti consiglio questo esercizio.

Knees hurt after training?
Probably it is because you make a very common mistake in the execution of the main exercises for the legs (lunges, squats) and that is misalignment of ankle, knee and hip.
This causes a very strong stress on the knee structures this can lead to injuries.
To delete the muscular and cognitive imbalance that leads to these mistakes I recommend this exercise.

Start in the position shown in the 🎥video. By grabbing a weighted barbell you will challenge your core in the lengthened position by asking it to contract hard to draw the bar back towards the start position. 🏋🏽♂
✅Tip: Go down as far as you can without touching the floor with your body. Breathe in during this portion of the movement.
After a pause at the stretched position, 💪🏽start pulling yourself back to the starting position as you breathe out. Go slowly and keep your abs tight at all times.🚼
⚠Caution: This exercise is not advised for people with lower back problems or hernias.
3 SETS of 12-15 reps with 50-6% Load.
