Elaborating on my previous post I have realised how important sleep is to your wellbeing.
When the girls have both slept through the night I feel so energised, fresh and generally fell great but this week I have been so demotivated and just generally like a lazy slob! Not wanting to do anything and craving all bad food!! So today I have done sweet nothing, tried to catch up on my sleep and failed! 😭
