Almost half way done with post surgery recovery period. I can't wait to be back grinding but shockingly have embraced this time to slow down. I didn't realize how much I needed it and honestly my mind and body will be starting the 2018 healthier than ever. OCR is hard on your whole body and sometimes we want to go go go, don't forget to self monitor and take guilt free breaks if you need em. There will be times in life when you will feel challenged. When you will look up to the sky, see that huge mountain and wonder how long it’ll take you to climb and get over it. You might visualize yourself at the top, feeling victorious, and that vision will help you trust in the process. Sometimes the journey is short, sometimes it feels like it’ll never end. You will fall and get stuck in 3 feet of snow, but as long as you keep putting one foot in front of the other and gazing up at the sky, see that summit and trust you will conquer it, then that’s all that matters. 30 seconds per exercise, aim for 4-5 rounds without rest! We used a 5kg plate for our weight but grab one that challenges you while keeping your form on point.
