Tonight I made chicken🐓 fajita tacos and I'm serving them in romaine lettuce taco shells tonight! .
I like to put out tons of toppings: chopped cilantro, diced onion, different salsas🍅, guacamole, 🥑sour cream or greek yogurt, cheese🧀, beans and any other veggies I have on hand!
You can serve your tacos in a lettuce wrap (like I did here), over rice, quinoa or cauliflower rice in a bowl, over a salad or in a tortilla (corn, flour, or low carb tortillas-- my favorites are @TraderJoes, @LaTortillaFactory, @TumarosWraps, Mama Lupe, or @MariaandRicardos)

Just showing my lack of abs lol 🕵🏼♀️ trying to gain some more muscle which means I’m having to eat in a calorie surplus which in all honesty is not easy! You’re probs thinking wow Sara wot a hard life having to eat so much food x but I’ve only recently just found out my body responds to higher protein diets SO much better than higher carb - I gain muscle so much faster without gaining too much fat; this means eating a lot of meat and clean healthy carbs! Also taking creatine & l-glutamine at the mo to help with strength and recovery. I may put a poll up as well to see if you guys are interested in my thoughts/opinions on supplements as I’ve had a few dm’s about them lately and may be easier to just do a story on them 🤗

Plate full of favorites tonight 🤤🙌🏻💯 Fresh wild-caught salmon baked with lemon and @traderjoes everything bagel seasoning + roasted broccoli and extra crispy sweet potato wedges. I swear I’ll never get sick of this meal 😍
Day 1 of cutting omg cAn u sEe mY Abs yet??! I haven’t done any ~lengthy~ captions lately mainly because tbh, it gets really annoying on social media when you say ANYTHING and someone swoops in w unwarranted opinions. Like today I was GRILLED by so many people on Twitter about my protein intake???? Lol like dude of all the things ppl can put in their bodies you all get all whacko trying to tell me I eat too much protein? (might I add, NONE of them were powerlifters or intense strength athletes so🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️) Idk. It’s all regurgitated now. “Be the best you”. “Find your purpose and SHINEE”. All fine and dandy but it’s getting hard to see any genuine thoughts when everything sounds like it was taken straight from a Tumblr post.

Most people don't know exactly how much they are eating every single day, but snacks here and a nibble there and some dressing on this or that all adds up in the end. Being aware of EXACTLY how much is going in your body leads to a much better adherence to calories in < calories out.

All the pretty colours 🤗 Back is bad so no training for me today, I'm hobbling around work souped up on the good drugs awaiting my 5pm appointment with the Chiropractor 🤕 Wish this damn back would get sorted it's holding my training back less than 3 weeks out from comp 😭😭😭 I need to take care of it and get well it's priority one right now so I'll see what my practioner says later but I'm wise enough myself to know by the type of pain that trainings out for today at least 🏋🚫 Have a great day whatever your plans xx
