PALEO BBQ CROCKPOT CHICKEN ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
We ate this super easy, tasty chicken on repeat last week.
I ate it with roasted veggies, and put it on sandwiches for the hubby, but this was my absolute favorite - Roasted Hannah Sweet Potato topped Paleo BBQ Chicken, Green Onions and a drizzle of @tessemaes ranch dressing. Delicious, filling and great after a day of teaching cardio! ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
PALEO BBQ CHICKEN - 6 Servings:
1 1/2 lb Chicken Breast.
6 oz Can of Tomato Paste.
1/2 Cup Coconut Aminos.
3 Tbsp of Pure Maple Syrup or Honey.
2 Tbsp Dijon Or Brown Mustard.
3 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar.
2 tsp Onion Powder.
2 tsp Garlic Powder.
1 tsp Smoked Paprika.
1 tsp Chipotle Powder. (Double paprika if you don’t have Chipotle Powder).
1/3 Cup Chicken Broth.
Salt & Pepper to taste.
In a bowl, mix all ingredients together except the chicken. Place chicken in crockpot and pour mixture over chicken, making sure to cover entirely.
