Happy to be able to get tempo done outside - 14 degrees was like a heat wave! 🤣 but as you’ll see from my 2nd tempo mile the fitting wasn’t super. .

Traded my Friday yoga 🧘🏽♀️ for a run 🏃🏽♀️.... I’m so programmed for Friday to be a yoga day, wrapping my head around running was a bit of a struggle. I did one of my favorite routes so the miles clicked away pretty quickly.
