My weight gain has definitely been challenging. It's most embarrassing when I haven't seen people in a while and they notice I look different. Especially in my pictures. Yes I know, I gained a lot of weight but it's been a struggle to lose it. I don't know why I'm writing this post. I guess to let you guys know that I am aware of my weight gain.
I really let myself go.
I gained about 7extra lbs. (not in the good way)
I go to the gym everyday but I eat too much and badly.
I gotta break out of this mentality that’s its okay to eat whatever just Bc i go to the gym.
Learn this lesson from me Guys.
