For those interested, this is what my breakfast usually looks like at this time of year ☀️ Pic was taken the other day (before my #zucchini were ready) but I now just add them in. I firstly heat a little coconut oil in a fry pan then add home grown dried chillies, chopped chard, zucchini (including the flower minus the middle lady parts 😜) and whatever herbs you like (today it was mint) I then crack an egg or 2 and mix all together followed by a bit of lemon zest 👌🏻🍋 highly recommend. Oh and I love lemon water too first thing 😊 I try and start my day healthy and being able to eat straight from the garden is such a blessing one I never take for granted 🌱💕 #breakfast#healthy
Fermentation party! @infusedholistickitchen had so much fun teaching her friends @luciabarrios and @sduran25 how to ferment! They made sauerkraut, fermented cauliflower, zucchini, and green beans, as well as cashew cheese with Daikon brine. Tag a friend who would love this delicious ferments!
A little bit in love with all the poppies in the garden at the moment and so are the bees.....
These are Papaver somniferum I grow them for their stunning flowers and for a harvest of edible poppy seeds later in the season.
