15x1 min efforts (300+metres)with 45 sec recovery.
Didn’t want to do it but made myself and feel great now 👍

As we know with Christmas comes indulgence and so on boxing day we usually regret eating so much...
Start with this 5 minute routine twice a day.
Good posture is a must. As you can see my butt is a little higher than should be. This is a variation for me as I can still feel an uncomfortable pull across my C-Section and therefore my core is not strong enough yet. The idea is to be completely straight like a plank.
1.Hold upright plank for 30s
2.Do (as many as you can) pushups for 30s and return to upright position
3. Repeat step 1
4. Repeat step 2
5. Repeat step 1 for 45s
6. Repeat step 2 for 45s
7. Repeat step 5
8. Repeat step 2
9. Hold plank with bent elbows (second pic) for 15s -nasty little challenge at the end.
Its tough but once you start it just gets easier. Once you feel strong repeat it 2-3x per day.
