Did you know that our eyes can distinguish around a million different colours?
We have three types of cone cells that allow us to see colour. Perception of colour is a highly subjective ability that varies from person to person.
Babies have usually developed good colour vision by 5 months of age.

“Chris (Basssick) was absolutely super on Friday night. He was so professional & dressed immaculately, and everyone had a great night.
He even downloaded + paid for the Irish national anthem to send us off into the night!
Thanks to you & the Down To Scratch DJs team on a job very well done.”

If your working on your squats with an injury you need to rethink what you are doing.
Your brain doesnt like pain and it will do whatever it can to stop pain. If you have a sore hip, knee, ankle, wrist, elbow or shoulder and you're doing an exercise that uses both sides of your body at the same time your brain will change the way you do that movement to lessen the load on the injury.
The problem is if you repetitively do this your brain will make that pain movement pattern your new normal pattern. Meaning that once the injury is gone your body will still move tge way it did when you were injured.
If injured do unilateral movement to prevent compensation patterns long term...and see your local chiro/physio to get that shit sorted (or me, preferably...duh)
