Ate sour patch watermelon 🍉(the best candy ever) and skittles last night, so I was feeling all the energy this morning. -
Did a full body workout today (which I never do). Sometimes it’s nice to mix things up and do a little bit of everything.

Did you know I have struggled with an ED? Well to be blunt, I did and still do. I overly worry about everything I eat. I categorize food in my head as a demon. Thoughts I have daily about food, “How much fat/carbs does this have?”.... “Will this food affect my IBS and bloat me, and then in turn make me feel fat and hate myself?” I struggle every single day with thoughts along these lines. However, lately I have been having these thoughts less and less. I am working to come to terms with my body and to form a healthy relationship with food. I have a few close friends who, in their own ways, struggle with the same issues. Together we have been supporting each other to work towards a better mental state for the future. Just to put some positive vibes into the world, and let the others out there who struggle with things similar know, you are not alone. Don’t fight the battle alone, because those who love you are there to help!
