Feeling the need to adventure again. Been thinking back to our trip to the Red Centre. One of the highlights was definitely Redbank Gorge, a massive chasm in the mountains of the West McDonnell Ranges. There is a beautiful natural pool to swim in outside and you can follow the water inside the narrowing chasm, climbing rocks to get from pool to pool. Ended up spending almost 2 hours in there and just had to turn around with sunset approaching. So much fun!
"Views from Royal Gorge Rim"
Hiking around the Royal Gorge in Central Colorado is only for those who have no fear of heights. Viewing the gorge from the canyon walls with no rails makes my heart skip a beat and I take a large gulp to steady myself. Teig on the other hand has no fear of heights and will saunter up to the edge and look a thousand feet down to the Arkansas River below.
The only pipes hot enough to handle your burning passion. Yes, Unipiper weddings are a thing! :P
