Sooo it’s taken me a couple hours to muster up the courage to post this photo. I’m not someone who has ever been public about my body, or my weight, but I’ve decided to be vulnerable and share my journey because I know that there are so many other people in a similar situation. I started Arbonne’s 30 days to healthy living program 5 days ago...and these are my results so far. I have already lost 7 pounds (in 5 days, whattttt) I can’t wait to see what my results are at the end of the 30 days! YOU GUYS-these products are life changing! The weight loss is great, but what really matters to me is how I feel. I have so much energy, I haven’t had a headache in days, and I can feel my digestive system starting to work normally again. Not to mention, I am teaching myself what proper nutrition looks like so that I can continue this lifestyle after the 30 days. 2018 é ... ano de pensar mais em mim. Fazer mais por mim, fazer mais daquilo que me preenche, equilibra e faz feliz.
Quem me conhece sabe que adoro genuinamente treinar 🏋🏽♀️ 🏃🏽♀️ 🚴🏽♀️ : terminar a pingar 💦 e a atirar-me para o chão de cansaço e sem fôlego 🔥 . “Acabar-me” em treino. Tenho mesmo muita energia! ⚡️ Mas outro facto sobre mim é que adoro praticar yoga 🤸🏽♀️. Adoro acalmar, alongar, tentar as poses que mais me desafiam. E para alguém com tanta energia quanto a que eu tenho: equilibra-me muito bem.
Hoje foi dia de ambos os treinos, um após o outro. E este ano é ano de isto acontecer muito mais vezes. Por mim.
