Running in this weather really makes you appreciate a hot coffee and shower after. I am pretty sure I think about both for at least half the time I am out there. 30 mins easy, 30 medium and 30 hard. My watch isn’t being very accurate right now. Or maybe it is and I am just going much slower than I feel I am. Either way I am running purely based on effort and hoping it pays off come race day. Here’s hoping at least!
I got to run in my old stomping ground today. 10k loop around Burnaby lake. There was a time I did it everyday. But I never dreamed I would ever do it twice in a row. Today I did and it felt comfortable. I think that’s called progress.

Little bit of fun to cool off after the Sunday run!
After a long busy day on my feet at work I got in my 30 min easy done at the gym! The runner in me was like yes let's do it on the elliptical, that should be easy! WROOOOONG!!!! Post-hike/ pre-run Whole Foods lunch! Roasted Brussels spouts, Rice’s cauliflower, garlic green beans, cabbage + peppers, & mozzarella because I like it🙃 I also had a couple of macaroons because #balance🤷🏼♀️

This is why I didn't want to do the workout at home lol don't think my downstairs neighbors would have like the mule kick to frog jumps very much 😂😂😂 🐴🐸🐴🐸🐴🐸🐴🐸 Day 6 was CARDIO FLOW! Did this sequence about 4 times and this was the last attempt! You can tell my legs had enough lol
