———————————————————————————-

Beef tendon stew. If you haven’t tried tendon, you so need to! Lol. It’s probably my favourite part of the cow after the tongue 🤣🤣
Yes I’m weird. But this is sooo nourishing and soo good for you. I fell in love with beef tendon after my stint in Japan. I love it in oden! 😍😍
So this is my own version of comfort food. Hope everyone had a great Valentine day or Chinese New Year, whichever you celebrate!
🍊 Citrus x sinensis 🍊 Blood orange for breakfast dessert 💛 Did you know that these oranges have more antioxidants than a regular orange? They also have lots of anthocyanins which are good for over all healing of the body 🙏🏼What else? They can help with fighting a headache. You can make essential oil from it, and the fragrance from the oil can help relieve your headache. They're also packed with vitamin C! One orange contains about 28% vitamin C - just for you 🌞
The best way to kick a cold is to drink plenty of fluids and eat immunity-boosting foods.
Chicken soup can actually help soothe a cold: The chicken contains an amino acid called cysteine, which helps thin mucus in the lungs, and the hot broth helps to keep nasal passages moist, prevent dehydration, and fight inflammation in the throat. Plus, the other ingredients may help the body kick a cold by stopping congestion and inflammation in their tracks. #healingfoods#flu#congestion#soup#chickenbrothsoup#aminoacid#cysteine#hydration#dehydration#fightinflammation

Through darkness comes light, through fear comes love and through pain comes triumph.
This is the triumph of the human spirit; it is not in a select few, it is in every one of us.
Celery juice. I don’t like the taste, but I am drinking it almost every morning on an empty stomach to keep my digestion healthy. Did you know that many people actually don’t produce enough stomach acid and that that’s the cause of acid reflux, NOT that you have too much. So if you’re suffering from indigestion, try raising your HCL instead and you’ll feel much better. And believe me, there are MANY ways to get your digestion healthy without any medications whatsoever. Check with your health practitioner 👩⚕️ for your specific needs first obviously. Cheers!!
Today’s #microscopemonday post is about Mycoplasma.
These are seen in live blood under a specialized, high powered microscope.
They look like donuts moving around in the plasma, and I’ll likely see them if you’ve had a few 🍩!
They are associated with a high sugar diet - they feed on sugar, and produce acids as metabolic end products.
Sugar also creates an acidic terrain and is known to weaken the immune system.
Some symptoms associated with this finding:
🤧Frequent colds and flus.
🤕Prolonged simple infections and slow wound healing.
😕Sore achy muscles
Support your immune system and stop feeding these guys by reducing/cutting sugar from your diet! 🍩 🍭 🍫 🍪.
Drink lots of pure water, eat your veggies and antioxidant rich foods, add some alkalizing bone broth, and stay away from the refined carbs!

Oh how I hate Kale before. Didn't like the taste and most of all the texture. BUT now, I tend to buy a lot especially when they are on sale.😂 I learn to love this vegetable through smoothie. Every time I make a smoothie, it feels incomplete without Kale.💚 I buy a lot, wash and clean it , and freeze em. #medicalmedium#eatclean#organic#healingfoods#plantbased#mmtribe#realfood
What kind of fuel does your car take? Regular? Premium? Diesel?
What happens when you put “the wrong kind” of fuel in the gas tank to save money? 🤔
It may work ok for a while, but eventually it will start to crap out.
Get sluggish. Make noises. Emit gasses. Pistons start to knock together. 💨
Kinda like what happens in your body when you eat “the wrong foods” 😬
Food is the information used to fuel your body. Foods can be “wrong” because they’re straight up junk, made with junk ingredients or in a crappy way, or they can simply be wrong for YOUR BODY.
Your body isn’t able to process the food because of what it is, or something that needs addressing in your system.
Either way, finding out the right fuel FOR YOU (unlike with a car, there are many more options when it comes to food) can make the difference between running well, longevity and proper emissions 😉
And a lifetime of crap outs, body work and replacement parts.
Think about it. And choose your poison, or your meat 😏
Feeling exposed to post this- but WTF we try to bring realness when we can. The Medical Medium has become my new everything! All of his words finally validate my symptoms, and his healing options make sense. Praise! After two years of exhaustive testing and treatment trials, thousands of dollars spent, I pray this helps the unknown symptoms I have been having! 🙏🏻🙏🏻 It's actually really hard for me to be open and post about this and I don't know... I might change my mind and delete the post in 5 minutes. 😂 Time will tell if I elaborate or continue to share on this.💓 I think my fear is that I don't want it to become my identity or what I am known for. @medicalmedium
In Brazil 🇧🇷 we use a lot of the fruit peels/rind for cooking, taking advantage of all the nutritional content they offer us. I found this recipe and I use all my lime peels after making fresh lime juice. And also found all the wonderful benefits.🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋Rich in pectin, important fiber in the process of detoxification of the organism; Great for those looking to lose weight.
- Combat of insomnia, migraine and respiratory problems;
- Help in combating anxiety and depression;
- Helps control uric acid and prevent cancer / cancers;
- It modulates the blood glucose curve, being indicated for diabetics;
- Source of vitamins and fibers for the body; 🍋🍋***RECIPE*** I scrubbed my lime peels( 10 organic limes) very well with some warm water. Soak them in water with a splash of vinegar for 30 min. I rinse them and tried to take most of the water out, blended and squeezed the misture. I place them on a baking sheet with aluminum foil and baked on 320 until golden( don’t let them stay to brown)*they can burn easily . I blended again and strained. Keep in the jar. I have used on my sauté chicken and my cabbage salad. I love it! ❤️
You can use in smoothies, soup, rice, juices, tea, salads, desserts, sauce or mix 1 tsp with 1 cup of water. 😉 #limeflour#farinhadelimão#runhealthy

I see other peoples pictures of their Buddha bowl 🍲 and it looked so good that I wanted to give it a try. This is my first one - and I am now totally hooked!! I baked some potatoes 🥔 and warmed up my leftover Veggie Jambalaya (recipe is 96 posts down), & added some lettuce. It was an incredibly delicious combination of good food.❤️😋👩🏻🍳👍🏻👍🏻💞💖🌟🥔🍚🥗
Oil-free Potato Wedges 🥔🥔🥔
• about 5 to 8 yellow potatoes, scrub dirt off, then slice into wedges
• line potatoes on baking sheet with parchment paper • sprinkle potatoes with basil, pepper, & salt • bake in oven 400 degrees for 45 minutes (no need to turn them)
Hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I am!! Totally obsessed with these potato wedges lately. Potatoes are so good for you 💗👍🏻🥔🥔🌟✨💫😋☮️🕊
🌟GIVEAWAY WINNER - DAY 31🌟📚Book Bundle📚repost from @rawzestylauren I'm the crazy fruit lady, hear me roar!!! I remember for the first three years of my healing, I stayed away from fruit like the plague. I was told it had too much sugar, that it was bad for you, that it would hurt me, that it creates dampness in the body, that it feeds candida and cancer and so much more.
I love love love this passage by @medicalmedium 's book: "in truth, who eats that much fruit? In mainstream diets, it's become a novelty. While people may still have the occasional banana or lunchbox apple, more often fruit is an accompaniment to something else: the strawberries on strawberry shortcake, for instance, or a few glazed strawberries swimming in the butter, cane sugar, and lard of blueberry pie.
So are the millions of Americans who are sick with various illnesses unwell because of the occasional granny smith? Are millions of people with rotting teeth climbing into the dentists chair for a root canal because of the clementine they ate at a holiday party? The reality is that even the average person who's concerned about sugar intake still consumes well over 100 POUNDS OF REFINED SUGAR A YEAR" (caps added by me for emphasis). BAM. Here's how I see it: almost everyone we know has some type of health condition, symptom or takes some type of OTC or prescription. We all know there's a "pill for every ill". So, we have to look at what the average person is eating, and that's the SAD: standard American diet. Something is horribly wrong when we live in a society who eats what we eat and is sicker than its EVER been and continues to decline.
I encourage everyone, if you don't change anything else in your life, simply eat fruit and only fruit for breakfast. That's it. Eat as much or as little as you like, but make it a habit. See how you'll feel! At night your body is working and cleansing, and in the AM when you feed it fruit, it'll help flush and assist all the work your body has done the night before.
I'm currently on day 10 of a juice feast!! I can't get enough of orange and lemon combination! Another favorite of mine: apple + ginger + turmeric.
Enjoying this bountiful of Lemons straight from a friends tree! So healthy! This is the most nutritious way to eat. Straight from the tree to the body! So thankful. 🙏

🌟GIVEAWAY WINNER - DAY 26🌟🍎Organic Fruit Box🍎repost from @justkasper5 Our fruit healing story. It's a long story but I will keep it short for the sake of this post. My son Peter has suffered from severe eczema since he was 4 months old. It only got worse and worse with use of steroids. He wasn't eating any solids and at 1 years old he was put on expensive formula Neocate (if you are reading this and your child is on it please look into new information that was released that this formula contributes to thinning of bones). It was disastrous for him even though doctors assured us it was the best food for him. At 18 months Peter only drunk the formula. Then my friend @livingfuller__ introduced me to the idea put forth by very few sources one of them being @medicalmedium that fruit is healing and enough to nourish Peter back to health. My husband and I made a dramatic decision and took Peter off his formula cold turkey. All he ate was watermelon. For days. Weeks. Slowly but surely healing started happening. We found more and more foods that he could eat. Mostly fruits and vegetables. Today Peter is thriving. He is happy. Fruit saved us. I used to be scared of fruit. But it was our saving grace. Anything that God made will always be infinitely better for us than man made food. As Anthony said "wild foods not only retain the vitamin and mineral levels that nature intended, they also carry critical survival information in their cells. When we ingest them, the wisdom that's allowed them to thrive out in elements becomes a part of us". We went from surviving to thriving thanks to fruit and this wisdom. #medicalmedium
