Day 3 EBC: officially a rest day; that means a day to acclimatize to the altitude. But that does not mean rest. We did a half day hike up to some fantastic viewpoints and got up to 3750m, gaining about 325m in elevation. We even got to visit the fantastic Namche Buddhist Monastery.
