After watching everyone getting excited about their course packets and I sat with a flipping “sorry we missed you” card (unsurprisingly), I can finally get excited too!! Obviously ensured I had notebooks purchased in the correct colour, because that’s exactly how annoyingly organised I am as a human being.
My next 12 months have been handed over to MNU with all days off and holidays being study or revision time. It will be worth it. 🔥🔥🔥

It is coming ladies, Business Boobs and Bubbles, (BBB) is a gathering of women talking careers, health and wellbeing in a beautiful and fun environment.
The inaugural event will host inspiring guest speakers sharing their expertise and journey in Business / Careers, Health, Sport, Finances and Digital Media. ‘BBB’ will be held in a gorgeously styled marquee at ‘Thompson Reserve’ in Inverloch. A stunning country setting, creating the perfect ambience for women to be inspired and nurtured.

The lumbar spine is very strong and robust and can handle a lot of load.
By moving the spine more, the tissues will become stronger and resilient.
For me, before I filmed this exercise I did some deadlifts and barbell rows. My back felt a bit stiff. After this exercise, my back felt great!

This is one of my first attempts at capturing a little snippet of my day. I appreciate diversity especially when it comes to the services I offer and the people I serve. So here is a quick little shave from yesterday. I don’t have amazing form and I move around the chair more then the shave masters suggest but, it has worked for me and I continues to learn new techniques as I go.
