I’m almost 3 full weeks in to Keto and I still can’t believe all the great benefits I’m seeing! Aside from the weight loss I’ve had a big increase in energy, I no long feel bloated all the time, I don’t have any urges to binge eat, and my sleep has also improved just to name a few. This is a lifestyle change for me and I’m 100% certain this way of eating is the best for my body type. #progress
Lunch 🤤 prime rib burger, bacon, cheese and greens for show (nah kidding its for volume mostly and i guess some micronutrients lol) oh and a diet coke cause chemicals ❤️😜 i dont need very much dressing on the greens cause im a vegetable goddess who just loves the fresh taste and hates all those fillers from dressings....or is it cause i already poured bacon grease on it therefore not needing much dressing🤔
*warning* One of those long, rambling posts about self reflection ahead... Well. Here it is. The first time I’ve ever posted a photo of myself so exposed. I went back and forth on whether to do it, simply because I was afraid of what others think. But fuck that. I’m proud of me. So here’s my pale ass in all its glory.
8 months ago I decided I needed a real change. I never thought I was “fat” or ugly, but I was just tired of feeling bleh and jiggly. I’ve been stuck at the same weight for years, always struggling to lose a few pounds and then have it come immediately back with the tiniest slip up. I couldn’t stick to any diet or program I found because it was too difficult to maintain in the real world. Nothing you could eat on the menu, too many calories, not the right color rice, “do you guys have any vegan options?” ...way too exhausting. Then my husband told me he found this new #ketodiet that sounded too good to be true. High fat diet? That makes no damn sense. Well it’s fucking awesome kids, and I haven’t looked back.
#lchf has been really great to me. Did I cheat? Sure. I still ate pizza and sugar once in a while. Life is too short. But I was always right back at it the next day and slowly but surely, the weight kept coming off. Not just water weight, but actual fat. Who knew there were muscles under there?! It’s been a slow and steady process but I’ve kept it up and I’m really proud to share my progress. I feel better, head clearer, stamina is way up, and I need new pants. #keto might not be for everyone, but I’m fucking stoked to find something that works for me finally. .
You know that thing where your fork is in one hand and your phone is in the other, and suddenly lunch has disappeared but *where did it go and what did it taste like?* I'm trying to break that habit. It's hard, but less so when there's cheese and buffalo sauce involved. .

Para a massa:
Misture com a mão mesmo 200g de farinha de castanha de caju, 1 ovo, 50g de manteiga e 50g de queijo parmesão ralado. Coloque em uma forma de fundo removível de 20cm mais ou menos.
Para o recheio:
Passe no processador ou liquidificador 150g de queijo mussarela ralado, 250g de cream cheese, 1 dente de alho e 1 ovo. A parte misture com o camarão já cozido. Tempere com sal e pimenta do reino. Coloque em cima da massa e leve ao forno pré aquecido a 180° por 25min mais ou menos ou até dourar. Pode colocar mais queijo parmesão ralado em cima antes de levar ao forno 😊
