If you feel sometimes anxious for school or a social event, here there are 5 ways to release Anxiety and be more relaxed. • Sometimes you can be anxious, because you lack of confidence and you fear mistakes or failures. I think that would be helpful to remind yourself all the things that you have done and all your achievements, in this way you can feel calmer and sure that you are going to make it. You are awesome. • If you have to deal with social-anxiety just see things from another point of view. When you go out, do you focus more on the things that others do or on the mistakes you are trying to avoid? The answer is the second of course, people will give you attention for a bit, buy then they will continue to worry about themselves so, relax anyone is caring too much about what you are doing. •When you are anxious you are thinking too much about the future and what could happen, remember that you are living this present moment, don't stress for something is not here yet. What is happening right now? Are you breathing? Do you hear your heart bit or your mind is too noisy? •Watch the problem from another prospective- Is the problem that you are having so big? Is it just even real or is it in your head? •Ask yourself this question- In 5 years will I mind this problem? If not maybe it's not so important and you can relax a little bit. Maybe it is not so relevant.
