Week one of shred down, beard up complete. I’m nearly at the 2 month mark on letting the beard grow (about where I was before I shaved last time) and am getting the urge to shave again 🤭 Time to break new barriers!
For those of you that don’t know.. this exercise is called 21’s. My favorite biceps exercise for many years. You want big arms? Look no further. They’re called 21’s because you start from the top and stop halfway for 7reps.. Then from the bottom stopping at the middle of the movement for 7 then 7 full reps. Got it? Watch this video to see exactly how it’s done. If performed correctly.. this will be your best pump ever. Try to increase weight each set if you can.
