Lol but in all seriousness, Crest pro white brilliance is the way to go! 😍 highly recommend it to anyone looking to get whiter teeth without using white strips, and also minus the sensitive teeth. I bought the Crest pro white brilliance 2 step kit, that comes with a whitening tooth paste (step one), and a whitening brush on gel (step two. Ive been using that once daily and regular tooth paste in between. Im super impressed so far. I have also been using the Crest brilliance mouth wash twice daily 👌🏻👌🏻 10/10 would recommend.

Baingan Bharta with Mint (Roasted Eggplant Curry). Eggplant has always been one of my favourite vegetables. While growing up I observed that many kids hated this vegetable but I always loved this vegetable and the love of eggplant only grew stronger. Be it baba ganoush, eggplant parmesan, potato - baingan curry or baingan bharta I love them all. .Eggplant is a very good source of dietary fiber, vitamin B1 and copper. It is a good source of manganese, vitamin B6, niacin, potassium, folate and vitamin K
The recipe for this lip-smacking dish is pretty easy too. * Take a big but lightweight Eggplant. * Sprinkle few drops of oil over the eggplant and rub it on eggplant to lightly coat it with oil. * Roast it on your gas cooktop(it will give a smoky flavour) by placing directly on a burner, turning as necessary until the skin is blackened and the inner flesh looks really soft. Or broil, or roast on a heated cast-iron pan in the hottest possible oven. * Once the eggplant is roasted, allow to cool fully and then peel off and discard the charred skin. Chop the roasted eggplant.
* In a pan heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil, add cumin seeds and let it splutter. *Add 2-3 cloves of garlic, chopped ginger, 1 Thai green chilli chopped, and half chopped onion. Fry all these ingredients till onions get soft and translucent. * Now add 1/2 tsp of turmeric, 1 tsp of coriander powder, 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder and salt according to taste. (don't put the entire salt now, add some salt after you add eggplant) * Now add two chopped tomatoes and green peas, cook for 5-7 minutes, till tomatoes & peas get cooked. *Now add roasted eggplant, let it roast with the entire masala and mix well. *Now add 3-4 chopped mint leaves and cover and cook the eggplant for two minutes.
* Add some lime juice (if required) & Grama masala. *Garnish with green coriander leaves and serve with Raita (yoghurt) and roti/naan. .
