You need the bad days in order to be appreciative of the good days. 💜
I’ve been feeling off lately. Life can be a total ass kicker sometimes. I think we can be so hard on ourselves sometimes. I definitely have been, just my thoughts about myself.
Realizing it, changing some things up and doing something that makes me happy helps. Like starting crossfit today and joining a Crossfit gym in my town with an AWESOME community!
We all have off days, it’s inevitable. Just don’t let it consume you. Talk to someone. Switch up your routine. Do something that makes you laugh. It will pass.💥😘

Its only taken me since October to get this sorted, but finally got round to putting my #OCRWC2017 medals into a frame and up on the wall. Despite having an amazing time, I didn’t do as well as I had hoped in Canada and struggled in the 15k main race. Lost my band 3 obstacles from the end and came hope disappointed. It’s just given me an incentive to train harder this year and try again in October. #ObstacleRace#UKOCR#OCR#WeAreOkhane#BeFearless #2018 #Goals#Fitness#Running
This picture speaks more than 1,000 words! First off, my new friend was nice enough to take this right at the end of the 24 hour @revolve24aus just seconds after I crossed the finish line for 250 miles! Aka MY GOAL!! My embrace with my wife, @stephscoletti was probably the most emotionally charged beautiful moment of my life! Hugging and kissing (and crying!) the love of my life was only the beginning! This embrace was one of fighting back against cancer and raising close to $40,000 for young adults battling this awful disease! This embrace had tears because I set a goal 10 months ago that I WOULD do 250 miles and prepared as well as I knew how to! And it worked! It was an embrace of love for one another and having the best relationship with my best friend and wife! This hug was emotional because of the pain I was in, and honestly felt like I couldn’t bike one more mile, and Steph and I had been awake for about 34 hours straight at this point! She’s a trooper too!! I also felt so so so grateful for the opportunity to be able to challenge myself in this event! Thanks to @ontargetliving and everyone who helped motivate me alone the way! Including all the amazing people Steph and I met at Revolve 24! Wow you were all incredible and so welcoming! It’s been the most amazing two weeks in Australia and New Zealand! When I look back on this trip 10, 20, 50 years from now...this picture will always be the one I’m most happy, proud, and emotional about! You want something in life??? GO GET IT!! Set a goal, and figure out a way to get it done! And if that doesn’t work, don’t you dare change your goal, just change your approach to get to that ultimate destination! This picture...IS THAT ULTIMATE DESTINATION!! #livinthedream#australia#newzealand#soberlife#soberissexy#lovelife#healthylifestyle#love#ocr#pittsburgh#motivation#emotional#inspiration#healthy#beyourself#journey#enjoyeverymoment#inspirational#bringit#noregrets#bungy
Hello there 🙋♂️
Doing some progress - 4 Goliaz-Workouts and some fascia-roll exercises. I'm looking happier as it was🤣 the roll hurts a bit and it's fascinating how fast your body break down within 6 weeks, 20pikes brought me to the limit and demanded everything. That's depressing but let's hope the recovering progress won't be a long-running saga🤞💪
Cause of raining and low temperatures I decided to train indoor. The weather forecast says that there might be a little window on Saturday or Sunday 😊🏃♂️🧢 Happy trails ✌️ __________
if you want to try #goliaz and joining the team, you can use this referral link for saving some money and spend it to new equipment :D
The most important thing is to enjoy your life – to be happy – it’s all that matters. @spartanrace gave me an avenue to challenge myself and let my inner competitive nature fly! Racing can be great for so many different reasons: new friends, challenges, competitiveness, and yes even the chance to have some awesome memories. I never would of guessed at 19 that I would be so in love with this world...and if I could go back... I DO IT ALL THE SAME
