Yes almost at 150 just 2 more lbs lol! C&J, snatches, back n front squat, overhead n push press, deadlifts etc feeling good and feeling stronger than ever, doing something right lol. Also started benching again after a year. Whoever said benching will halt your olympic lifts is wrong lol(use to believe that). Day 2 of the @eleikoeducation course - Strength Coach Level 1. Yesterday’s focus was all about the Snatch and today we focused on the clean - these videos are from the afternoon lifting session where @nickver@bngthorne and I all hit Personal bests by the end. Pretty satisfying for a couple hours of technique work and some extra coaches eyes around to pick up things to improve on each rep. I’m looking forward to the next 2 days to get lots more information to bring back to my training and more importantly my clients!
I should not be where I am today but God is so Loving that he has blessed me with a body that is healthy enough to do what I Love even though everyone who knows my story knows I should NOT be as healthy as I am and I’m so incredibly grateful for the Lord giving me the strength, motivation and health to pursue my passions!

I’ve spent my whole life justifying why I’m the kind of person who works until 2am and still makes it to the gym when I have a 102 degree fever. But 2018 is the year of embracing the real me. If it’s too intense or too aggressive or too dumb (😂)for anyone, then 👋🏼 byyyyye. Here’s me fighting for 80% sets until @jesseirizarry called it, smoking some other lifts drenched in fevery sweat, and bending in half while I felt like a pile of 💩. In coaching those very new to Olympic lifting, I like to allow one heavier attempt for the final set after technique work to allow the feeing of load in the lift - Great progress from Amy the past few weeks.

Probably my biggest acheivment in the gym. 100kg/220lbs for 30 reps. This was more of a test of the mind and willpower over raw strength. Cheers @damien_the_spartan__hird for the idea
