We’re always talking about getting it in at the gym or at 🏡. What about when you are on the go? Here are my personal top 4:
Resistance Bands (different levels): you don’t always need the dumbbells to burn the fat and build lean muscle. You are still getting in strength training and a full body workout. Also, they are VERY affordable.
Loop Bands (different levels): I like these because they help you with form on squatting (keeping knees out) and proving extra resistance around the thighs and hips.
Water Bottle: This is a no 🧠 er you need to stay hydrated during your workouts.
Gliders: Something New I’ve been using to help engage my core more and provide and increase the intensity of my workouts.

I've spent decades wiring this magnificent point break.. from back in the uncrowded, black wetsuit, clear board with no stickers era! It was so all time in the 70s! I lived in Santa Barbara and we surfed every point there is up there , I never even remember a day where the crowd alwas an issue. We drove right in thru the private gate at the Con and parked at our buds' house and walked thru his gate right out to the river mouth ! ...Empty! Then Tommy Curren emerged, That changed the landscape but still the local vibe was king... I was riding 6'0 twinnys and bigger wave single fins...Then.. We all went and bought Al Merrick triplane hulls the first thrusters in SB and the attack lines changed something fiercely and beautifully. And Kim Mearig... 2 world Champs from the Con.. still wide open in the 80s, 90s, and if you were on it, still thru the 2000s' . Im so grateful for my special bond with that magical mystical point thru the years I've ridden her as good as she gets and as big as she gets .. Some of the deepest longest tubes i ever had, and there's nothing like going from the Outside Indicator on a bomb to the Freeway on one wave! And to all my boyz thru the epochs #ByTheGraceofGod

Did you know that the Year In Pixel concept can be used for things other than your mood? I’m so inspired by this post by @momdotlove - she was inspired by the Year In Pixels concept and used it for an activity tracker for 2018! Such a fantastic idea - I’m going to have to use it in my Bullet Journal this year too!
