Yesterday eve consisted of some last minute packing and snack making before a weeks ski holiday!! Always time for some recipe experiments right?! 🤗
The pictured are layers of raw protein brownie, salted caramel (dates, almond butter & sea salt) and melted dark chocolate! 😍😍 I also made a batch of oat based bites and a coconut oil/almond butter cacao bomb.....all super nutrient dense foods to fuel days on the snowy mountains! 💪
