Today's Squat Session - 2x5x160, 4x160
My lower back was still a little sore from the previous Deadlift session a few days ago. First Video is the last set of the session. I think the form is pretty decent but I still got a big space for improvement.
OKAYA this was possibly one of the nicest meals I have concocted in many a long time. Some time last week I had zero dinner plans so just grabbed a bunch of reduced items on the way home, whapped them up together and WHABANG delish.
A packet of “green soup mix” (containing sprouts, leeks, broccoli and various other green items), sautéed it with a packet of M&S mince, added some chilli powder, French onion stock, s&p and a bunch of herbs then served it up with turmeric/cinnamon/syrup butternut chips. Absolute madness.
Dinner tonight was a much less aesthetic (but all round tastytasty) pizza while playing video games and making a life-line for psych. All the banters. NIGHT CHUMBOS sleep snug, wake up positive

🔹 cable kick backs 🔹 cable adductors
🔹 rope pull throughs
🔹 dumbbell curtsy lunges .
All were 3-4 sets of 10-12 reps. If I’m not sore from this tomorrow there’s something wrong since I legit died.
