This pic is from after Day 1 working with a personal fitness trainer. I signed up for 3 months so I’m trying to keep a record of my progress. I finally feel motivated to work towards the body I want. I want to look more masculine and more toned. They upped my dose of T to 100mg/week and I just took my first dose on Sunday so hopefully that will boost the muscle growth a bit? One can hope... if anyone’s interested in what exercises my PT has me doing, I’d be happy to share with other trans guys. I’m mainly trying to build up my upper body, and get my pecs looking toned since I’m 7 months post op now and my chest is completely flat.
