Waffle is made from @flapjacked carrot cake🥕mix (and I added 1 egg, 1/3 cup water, & 1 @vitalproteins collagen packet) // topped with @wildwayoflife coconut cashew grain-free granola & lite maple syrup🍯// Paired with a spinach omelette🍳 (1 egg, 6 T egg whites, handful of spinach, red pepper flakes)

I really love this granola! What's different about it is the texture-- it's not crunchy, it's more soft and maple-y (LOL I'm bad at describing things...🤷🏽♀️) I'm really enjoying it and love the ingredients! A little snow in the forrest. Time to play! 🤘On the top it was already really good snow. I did my 30km not at 5:00am! I was way too tired ! 😂 But I was still the first and only person on the trail ! 😊🙌 30km in 4:18 min./km with nearly 1000m of climbing in the snow. Last 1000m downhill in 3:01 minutes! I am happy with that. 🤙
