The Cradle of Life
▪️2oz Plymouth Gin @plymouthginus
▪️.33oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur @luxardousa
▪️.66oz Saffron Syrup
▪️.33oz Orange 🍊 Cardamom Simple
▪️Squeeze Half Lemon 🍋
▪️3 Dashes #FeeBrothers Orange 🍊 Flower Water
▪️1 Egg White 🥚
▪️4-6 Saffron Strands
Mix all ingredients in shaker and do the reverse dry shake technique 💃🏼🕺, pour into a glass that will show the vibrant yellow 💛, gold and red ❤️hues that are created by the Saffron. While Plymouth Gin was an excellent choice for this drink, gins that favor citrus 🍋(such as @malfygin) would also make a wonderful substitute.
This concoction would be expensive if ordered at a bar😣. The 9oz of Saffron simple alone costs about $12 to make, plus a half a dozen Saffron strands for the drink itself. And, when you have a mixture with expensive ingredients, it best taste like it. Fortunately, The Cradle of Life does not disappoint👍🏼. The drink shows off every single ingredient as you sip it. The nose features a wonderfully soft and sweet Saffron. Onto the sip -- The Saffron, Orange 🍊 and Cardamom kick things off, leading into a Saffron with a light Juniper flavor, finished with a Saffron meets Luxardo aftertaste. The egg white helps smooth out the flavor transitions while also providing some balance. It's impossible to explain, but this drink is the epitome of luxury. 👌🏼

A really simple picture to understand COPD treatments. 🚭🚭🚭 I cannot stress enough the importance of changing the patients’ smoking habits!!! 💯💯💯 ••••••• sidenote: tommorow I may start a new topic on asthma or focus in on some medications mentioned so far. Anyone have any preferences? 😊🤷🏼♀️
Just another throw back to another favourite moment, from Greece last year. 😍
Thinking about beautiful memories takes away worries by reminding you the beautiful things you have and had and that shows you the endless possibilities you have infront of you.
At the moment I am in Istanbul, preparing for some operations that I am not looking forward to. I am SO lucky to have the support of my loved ones in this case, whom I know would do anything to take care of me or make me feel better. That gives such a power that helps me to keep going on.
And after this is done and over, I will start moving forward as planned, fast. Stop me if you can 😈 There is so much to see, so much to do and so much to share.
I will just have to punch a bit kinder and lift a bit lighter with my old shoulders🙈
With all the excitement of winning the cupcake tasting on Good Morning America, we didn’t get a chance to share our sweet Valentine’s deliveries with you! ❤️❤️❤️ #tbt

Today’s bogo is buy Cardamom get Cilantro free!!! 📚Here’s a little chemistry lesson on these two great oils! Cardamom is made up of monoterpenoid esters called terpinyl acetate and linalyl acetate. Other oils like Lavender, Clary Sage, and Roman Chamomile also contain monoterpenoid esters, which is why these oils are commonly known for their calming and soothing properties. Due to the high quality production process, doTERRA Cardamom essential oil contains higher amounts of 1,8-cineole than other cardamom essential oils. 1,8-cineole, or eucalyptol, is a monoterpenoid that is commonly known for its positive effects. This chemical component contributes to Cardamom oil’s ability to promote feelings of clear airways and easy breathing.* 📓 Cilantro’s main chemical component is Linalool. Linalool is a powerful natural chemical with many benefits. A recent study, featured on the doTERRA Science Blog, suggests that Linalool can help reduce sad feelings when taken internally because of its effect the on the Monoaminergic system of the brain.* When Linalool naturally enters the Monoaminergic system, it acts on multiple receptors in the system. Once multiple receptors are targeted, the effects of Linalool are more potent and long lasting than molecules that target only one receptor. Because Linalool helps support brain chemistry balance in these receptors, it has the effect of reducing sad feelings.*4 Another recent study suggests that Linalool may also help facilitate the normal process of relaxation of the blood vessels.*5 Cilantro oil also contains a Linalool called decanal, which has a toning or harmonizing effect on the body when ingested.
Reposting this video from a while back of Moxie bringing Helix her favorite toy because of something adorable she did last night. Yesterday evening a grasshopper type thing had the misfortune of ending up in a house with 5 cats. Tyson, Moxie & Sagan went to work chasing it around the kitchen, Lando didn't really care, and it I brought Helix into the kitchen to sit in my lap so he could be in on the fun. When Moxie saw that Helix was trying to see what was going on she caught the bug and brought it to him. She would push it toward him and pat it and then flip over upside down to look at him (which is Moxie-speak for "let's play!"). Any time it would hop or fly away she'd go after it again just to bring it to Helix. Oof. Heartsplosions. 💥💘💥 Anyway in this video she's bringing him a toy he doesn't care about much at all, but it's *her* favorite, so she's waiting for him to appreciate how great it is. 😍😻😍😻😻 I love my babies. 😻😻😍😻😍 To see more of sweet weirdo Moxie and the rest of the crew follow @moxie.and.fam 🐈🐈🐈🐈🐈
