Keeping consistent with a clean diet is going to get you in shape even more so than training your guts out and eating crap.
The best I way I think to keep consistent is to keep it simple than you will stick it, that’s how I have designed the lifestyle guide with a simple structure that you can stick to and stay consistent regardless of your lifestyle and get results 💪🏽

This is me today in the gym 😃😃😃 with my new @womensbest raspberry BCAA which is delish. it felt amazing to be back in there 😁🙌🏼 so I done some body weight work for my lower half like some squats, walking lunges & step up’s which felt fine ! Then I thought I would try the leg extension on a light weight and do some 3 second pauses at the top and also the seated hamstring curl, which was also okayyyyy! 😃 so that was my little leg session for today ☺️ I finished up with 30 mins of stretching 🙆🏻♀️ one of my goals this year is to be able to do the splits !! It’s something I’ve always wanted to be able to do, so I’ve started stretching 4 days ago for 30 mins every time 🙅🏻♀️ it’s my hamstrings that are the challenge, they’re super tight, but I’m determined 😈 if anyone has any tips for me, please help a girl out ☺️💗
Have seen some great sissy squats come across my feed lately.
I went back through my profile to see when the last time I posted one- turns out it was this PR last year.
The ROM still kinda makes me go 😨.
Haven’t worked on it since. Maybe it’s time to see if I can stack another plate? 🤔
