The most significant part of my journey that set me on what I believe is the right path, is the day I realised that there's no such thing as perfection. For years I strived for it (not just in weight loss), in ways that would make people cringe. But it's unattainable - or at least not sustainable. Perfection is a myth and as soon as I REALISED and accepted that; everything changed. That would probably be my biggest advice if anyone is in any small way a perfectionist like me.
Let go of the mistakes, the imperfections, the falls, the setbacks, the times it didn't work, the scribbling out and the stuff ups.
They DON'T prevent you from moving forward...👣
I haven’t done one of these in a while, but I figured I’d put it up and maybe it can help anyone who is struggling with nutrition or exercise through the holiday season. It’s great to indulge and have some delicious treats, but remember To keep your eye the prize. You can have fun with friends and family without compromising your goals. ❤️

How extra are you on a scale of 1-10? 😂
Extra af outfit for how extra excited I am for for this YouTube video. Link in bio to check it out. For real though - I spend most of my days at my desk wearing leggings, big socks, and a hoodie. It’s to the point where I feel like when I do go outside I HAVE to dress with tiered sleeve shirts, leather pants, and 5” heels. It’s called balance✋.
