BOOTY day with these bands— definitely a love - hate relationship with these little guys! Glute bridges, lunges, leg ups, duck walks, and more were a *great* start to the day along with a 1 Mile run! •
Early morning workouts get easier when you properly plan:
- allow for food to digest before bed time (eat earlier)
- allow for 6-8 hours of sleep (get to bed early)
- set your alarm across the room
- set up your things for your workout (workout clothes, etc)
- drink plenty of water during the day— this allows for better quality of sleep (makes a HUGE difference!!)
- make it a habit, it’s tough initially but it gets to be a habit and then you wake up ready to go
- when waking up, splash water on your face and brush your teeth •

I love to use resistance bands when I want to change things up and switch from dumbbells. It adds variety and intensity to strength training exercises, you can get a full body workout as well; best of all they are inexpensive. Win/Win/WIN :-) #NeverLoseYourSexy

Been going harder than the next guy each day (both training and nutrition) and I can say it’s paying off. Happy with my current condition and the direction my Training has taken. The more you train, the more you’ll research (well Atleast some of us will), the more you learn and the better you are at educating,inspiring and motivating.
I have and I am still learning a lot and it makes me happy to be able to share the knowledge with you.

Let get down to business! After 3 weeks of being killed off with a nasty infection, taking antibiotics on an empty stomach while at dlp 😒 I’m back to it! 😃😃Never in a million years I would think I would miss the gym... I do now!! @thechickbox is part of my life!
