While there are no "fat burning" foods out there, some foods and drinks are a bit more friendly for fat loss for the various reasons listed above in the graphic.
Any of those not make sense? Check out parts 1 and 2 that have a more detailed explanation of those and what makes them more conducive for fat loss. The short answer though is that they tend to be low calorie, high protein, rich in nutrients, high fiber, flavor enhancing, and/or good for sustainability. -
I think the main one on here that will trip some people up is the wine. It is pretty high calorie, no it does NOT count as a serving of fruit lol, and no it isn't the most nutrient-rich drink on the planet by any means.
But getting in shape, losing unwanted body fat, and getting leaner aren't just about those things. If you want to build habits that last and become a new lifestyle, then you need to fit in other foods and drinks in moderation that you really enjoy from time to time. Wine is one of those drinks for many of you, so there it is.
Another fact to keep in mind as well is that even though avocado is very healthy and high in fiber, it does contain a lot of calories and will add up quickly. Moderation, as always, is key.

Based on its modest, industrial exterior you’d never know what awaits you inside @leftbankseattle, but once you step inside it becomes clear very quickly. The cozy, sun soaked bottle shop and tasting room— located in South Park—is offering a combination of conventional and natural wines, both old world and new, all hand picked by the owner, Campbell (who knows his shit). Our group had a phenomenal flight of reds, settled in the single booth in the back corner to sip on a glass of our favorites, and managed to all leave with a bottle. Left Bank—see you soon.

At the border with Valle d'Aosta is Carema, where Nebbiolo is called "picutener" or "picotendro" (small and tender). If you have the opportunity to go through the mountain of Carema, you will observe a lot of steps carved into the rock.
Many are the series of white pillars (locally called "pilun"), which support "topie", or "tupiun", i.g. the pergola structure of the vineyards. Everything is supported by dry embankments.
Renato Ratti defined the white pillars "Bacchic temples" and their function is very important: they store the heat of the sun, releasing it during the night, thus reducing the temperature range between night and day.
Here the vine growing is not easy and the one practiced in this area is called heroic viticulture.
The product of this viticulture is CAREMA DOCG and nowadays, unfortunately, only very few are the producers left.

Can’t get any more authentic and original than the cold humid basement turned wine cellar under a Spanish house in the pueblo of Mentrida. Agostin, the owner, has been growing his own Grenache grapes 🍇 and turning them into wine for many years, a tradition that had been passed down for several family generations. No additives, no preservatives, no machinery, all natural ecological wine. The wine he is siphoning from the barrel in the picture is at least 50 years old, and absolutely amazing. 🍷😁 #wine#vino#tradition#mentrida#countryside#spanishcountryside#homemadewine#toledo#spain#spanishwine#spanishtradition#gernache
In February 1900, the walls of Pol Roger's cellars collapsed, burying over one million bottles of #Champagne. Last month, remarkably, some of the bottles were unearthed, 'unscathed' and still on the lees, after nearly 118 years. Find out more on Decanter.com... 📸 @pol_roger#wine#winecellar#polroger
